Information on Affordable Units
A select number of apartment homes will be available through an affordable housing lottery for eligible households. We invite prospective residents to explore eligibility requirements and application details below to learn more about this opportunity. The lottery is set to start mid-December.
Who Qualifies
We have set aside units for qualified residents making no more that 80% of the Average Median Income. (Maybe a footnote that says in our Fair Market Rent (FMR) Metro Area as defined and updated annually by HUD.)

1 person household: $96,000
2 person household: $109,700
3 person household: $123,400
4 person household: $137,100
5 person household: $148,100
